Ebony Norflis has been a Lean practitioner for nearly 20 years. She gained her Lean foundation while working at Delphi Automotive, which is an industry leader in deploying Lean Six Sigma strategies throughout its business segments. Ebony started Interaction Consulting Group in 2012 with the goal of providing her clients with a simple Lean transformation roadmap that involves leadership commitment, employee engagement, and clear organizational change management. She is a hands-on consultant that builds employee capabilities and converts the employees into effective advocates for change.
